  2. Fabrics sold by meter, rolls, or custom-ordered products (e.g. uniforms, umbrellas, chef coats, table linens) are made-to-order from your specifications and will not be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  3. In case of an error in price or details, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time before dispatch, without liability.

  4. Measurements and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, and slight variations may occur.

4. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT

  1. Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

  2. Payments are processed online via secure gateways. You confirm your payment method is valid and lawfully owned.

  3. Your card may be charged in installments if multiple items ship separately.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  2. We ship across India using trusted couriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  3. Delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen external factors; we will inform you if delays occur.

  4. Address accuracy is your responsibility; incorrect details may cause delivery failures.We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.



6. NO CANCELLATION, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS

  1. All sales are final - no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted due to:

    • Cut-to-order fabric by the meter or roll

    • Custom-made items (uniforms, chef coats, linens, umbrellas)

  2. For shipping damage claims, you must inform us at yarndora.official@gmail.com within 24 hours, with photos. Claims will be assessed case-by-case.

8. ACCOUNT & PASSWORD SECURITY
