Return & Refund Policy

At Yarndora, each product is cut or created specifically for your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • All fabric orders (by meter or roll)

  • All custom orders (uniforms, chef coats, table linens, umbrellas)
    These are made/cut to customer specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or dissatisfaction due to color/texture variation caused by screen differences.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, you must notify us at yarndora.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve it at our sole discretion.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please double-check your quantities and specifications before confirming.
